These Terms apply to all online and on-site bookings.
- Booking and online acceptance
By completing an online booking and making full payment, you agree to these Terms without needing a physical signature. - Scope of hire (space only)
We provide dry dock space only. Customers carry out all work themselves unless otherwise agreed. - Customer insurance requirement
You must maintain valid third-party liability insurance. Details may be requested during booking. - Safety rules
All customers must comply with site rules, see our Safe working guidelines which are included in our Terms and in agreeing our Terms you agree to read and comply to these guidelines. Customers must supply their own power (i.e. generator) and are responsible for their own safety and that of their boat and belongings when using hot-works equipment or other hazardous equipment. - Environmental protection
Customers must dispose of oils, paints, anti-foul waste responsibly, off site. Pollution costs are chargeable. - Liability
Use is at your own risk except where loss is caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to hire fees paid. Ensure your insurance cover is appropriate for the specific type of maintenance you undertake in the dry dock including Public Liability up to £5 million and if you live on your boat while it is in the dock, your policy includes “liveaboard” cover. - Abandoned vessels & unpaid charges
Storage fees apply beyond agreed hire. We may exercise rights under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
